Gothic Pot

We have taken a shape often used in Renaissance bronze mortars, with very detailed rim and foot ring and overlain it with 14th Century Sienese gothic arches seen in gilded picture frames of altar pieces.

The bas-relief decoration is applied by hand using a technique which we have pioneered, this ensures precise detailing. A very handsome pot which looks stunning planted up. Please note the decoration on a 915 is slightly different.

As all our products are handmade the leadtime on your order will vary depending on the pots you have chosen. This will be indicated on each product and on your order confirmation. 10 Year Frostproof Guarantee

The clay we use is a special mix of local clays, prepared and blended in-house to ensure the highest grade of frostproof terracotta. All our terracotta flowerpots carry a 10 Year Frostproof guarantee against lamination in the frost. However, we know from experience that our pots last a lot longer. Each pot is stamped with our name and a code indicating the year it was made.
