Love Birds Pot
" Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful" ( William Morris 1834-1896).
This can be said of the garden too ! The Love Birds Pots are inspired by the greatest designer of the late 19th Century arts and Crafts Movement in Great Britain, William Morris. His wallpaper and textile designs - many still in current use today, are a skilful reworking of decorative motifs from India and the Middle East, including Isnik Ottoman Pottery.
Our Love Bird motif takes elements from two of his designs, reworks them and adds a new border of vine leaves and grapes to create an embellished decoration.
